Rockstar Energy Drink presents...Mayhem Festival.

Main Stage headliners are Slipknot & Disturbed, being supported by openers Mastodon & Dragonforce.

2nd stage presented by Jagermeister includes Airbourne, Five Finger Death Punch, and 36 Crazyfists along w/the local Jagermeister Battle of the Bands winners on each tour stop.

3rd stage will include Machine Head, Suicide Silence, The Red Chord, Black Tide, and Walls of Jericho.

NEW: It's been confirmed that Trivium and Unearth are going to be added either on all or some of the dates (according to Alternative Press Magazine), and that the Mayhem Festival promoters are trying to get Mudvayne to also join up for all/part of the dates.

Confirmed as well is that Sevendust isn't going to be on the tour--they're going to headline a tour w/Saliva to promote their new album this summer.

8/1 (Friday) - Virginia Beach, VA @ Verizon Wireless Ampitheater
8/2 (Saturday) - Pittsburgh, PA @ Post-Gazette Pavilion
8/12 (Tuesday) - Atlanta, GA @ Lakewood Amphitheatre
8/13 (Wednesday) - Indianapolis, IN @ Verizon Wireless Music Center
8/17 (Sunday) - Washington, DC @ Nissan Pavilion

Ticket prices I've seen are still around $86/ticket.

I'm most likely to take a crew to the Virginia Beach show, since it's on a Friday and we could ride down early Friday morning, stay Friday night, run around at the beach on Saturday and stay that night too, and come home Sunday. The Atlanta date is by far the closest, but with it being on a Tuesday and my vacation time being precious...I highly doubt I'll be going to it.

only two ive ever even heard of on there are slipknot and disturbed.........disturbed i can handle in small doses and slipknot just sucks to me

other than that i have absolutely no clue who the hell any of them even are

bring in one of the LPs........or even LP squared and you got a great show
